Tips
and advice.
When designing your bedroom, build the design from your bed outwards as the bed is the most noticeable element in the room. Weigh up the design features in the rest of the room while lying on the bed as this is how you will see them last thing at night and first thing in the morning.
There's truth in the old saying: the bigger the bed, the better the sleep. If you have the space, go for a five or six foot wide bed, the old double size of 4'6" gives a couple less room each than a single bed.
We
spend on average one third of our lives in bed, therefore a good mattress
is an important purchase for relieving stress and ensuring you wake up fresh every morning. It's a good idea to replace your mattress with a new one every 7-10 years.
