Tips
and advice.
The
most important element is the desk, be careful about its siting.
Take a tip from feng shui (and commonsense) don't put the desk in
front of the window which can be too distracting and try not to have your back
to the door.
If
you use a computer or laptop on your desk the optimum position is
for your eyes to be level with the top of the screen.
Be
generous with storage cabinets so you can free the rest of the house
from papers and clutter.
Install
plenty of power points for all your IT equipment and seriously consider
going for broadband if you are a regular user of the internet.
